Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch care
- Assess and treat patients with a variety of rehabilitation needs
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
- Document progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and functional training techniques
- Adaptive equipment recommendations
- Electronic documentation and EMR systems
- Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
