Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and monitoring of assigned patients to ensure safety
• Communicate patient status and any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with basic patient needs such as repositioning and comfort measures
• Document patient behaviors and activities accurately
• Maintain a calm and reassuring presence for patients and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) preferred
• Compassionate and attentive to patient needs
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Observation and monitoring techniques
• Basic patient care skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of patient safety protocols
