Roles & Responsibilities

• Help patients regain their mobility and independence through targeted exercise and therapy techniques
• Collaborate with a dedicated therapy team to implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
• Contribute to a positive, healing environment at Clancy HealthCare Rehab

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Montana (or compact equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA
• ASHA certification preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in therapeutic exercises, patient assessment, and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a rehabilitation setting
• Compassionate patient care approach
• Proficiency with EMR systems
