Roles & Responsibilities

• Interrogate and manage cardiac implantable electronic devices including pacemakers and ICDs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for device patients undergoing procedures
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests like EKGs, Holter monitors, and event monitors
• Educate patients and families on device management and arrhythmia care
• Maintain device clinic databases and ensure accurate documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license in hand
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• At least 1 year of registered nursing experience (2 preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• IBHRE certification strongly preferred
• Experience with device platforms from Biotronik, Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of cardiac arrhythmia management and ECG interpretation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC or similar)
