Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Perform circulating and scrub duties in the OR for cesarean sections and other procedures.
• Manage PACU recovery for postpartum and surgical patients.
• Provide couplet care for mothers and newborns, supporting breastfeeding and family bonding.
• Act as charge nurse, overseeing unit operations and coordinating patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or compact state license to practice in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
• Charge nurse experience required.
• Flu vaccine required or willingness to obtain by 10/31/25.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
