Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under RN supervision
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Support patients' emotional and physical well-being

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and adaptable to changing patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and safety protocols
• Infection control best practices
• Basic medical terminology
• Empathy and patience in challenging situations
• Time management and organizational skills
