Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients on the inpatient rehab and acute care units
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain an average caseload of 12 patients on the rehab unit
• Co-treat with Physical Therapist Assistants in acute care settings as needed
• Document patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current NBCOT certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Valid Oklahoma state license or willingness to obtain
• Recent traveler experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Ability to work in both inpatient rehab and acute care settings
• Comfortable with co-treatment models and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent documentation and time management skills
