Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and families in medical nutrition therapy, adapting diet plans to individual needs
• Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on screening and assessment
• Monitor calorie and protein intake and recommend additional nutritional support, including tube feeding orders
• Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and education using IDNT and the nutrition care process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dietician
• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Ability to provide skills checklist and supervisory references
