Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Alabama
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy
• Knowledge of EHR systems and documentation standards
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
• Compassionate patient-centered care approach
• Adaptability to fast-paced healthcare environments
