Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to Med Surg unit as needed to support patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage for 24-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona (or compact license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience
• Willingness to float to Med Surg unit when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Meditech 6.0 electronic medical records preferred
• Critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
