Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs to restore function
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and rehab team for holistic care
• Document progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active Montana Physical Therapist license (must be currently active)
• Less than 1 year of experience welcomed - new grads encouraged!
• BLS certification preferred but not required
• Passion for helping patients achieve their best quality of life

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Time management and documentation proficiency
