Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Bozeman, MT
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, no call (exact start/end times not specified); may require weekends and after-hours shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform general nuclear medicine examinations, including therapeutic procedures and PET/CT patient exams
- Assist Radiologists and medical staff during exams and procedures
- Complete documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
- Verify orders and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives as described in the strategic plan
- Handle radioactive materials in compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAHEA accredited program or equivalent
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- One year of post-graduate work experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
Education
- Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited program or equivalent

- Sound judgment and professional demeanor in a busy environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new computer applications quickly
- Organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines
- Tact, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions
