Shift Type: Negotiable shift, 36-40 hours per week, with call requirements including every 2nd or 3rd weekend and 1-2 weeknight calls (30-minute response time).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for complex vascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons during ortho, neuro, and vascular procedures
• Ensure all instrumentation is properly processed and sterilized
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care
• Adapt to varying schedules, including call shifts and potential floating to General OR or Outpatient Surgery Center

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS certification required
• CST certification preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ortho, neuro, and vascular cases
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of central processing and instrumentation

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program

• Proficiency in orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgical procedures
• Expertise in sterile processing and instrument handling
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Current BLS certification
• CST certification is a plus
