Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of physical therapy modalities to restore function and improve mobility
• Design personalized treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure positive clinical outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and timely to meet regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance required
• APTA membership preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong skills in manual muscle testing, joint ROM measurements, and therapeutic modalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
