Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments following approved techniques and state regulations
• Document patient care accurately according to standards of care
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in partnership with physicians and families
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Provide clinical expertise to other units to support continuity of care
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance the patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license (must be currently active)
• Current CPR certification
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Education verification will be conducted
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of the nursing process
• Proficient in medication administration and patient care planning
• Excellent documentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
