Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve daily living skills
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
• Adapt treatment techniques to meet each patient's unique needs and goals
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies

Qualifications

• Active Montana COTA license required at time of start
• Minimum 1 year of recent COTA experience
• Must be currently active and in good standing with state board
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy techniques and modalities
• Proficiency in documenting patient care and using EMR systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
