Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Minnesota
• Certified by NBCOT
• CPR certification (BLS)
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred but new grads are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehab therapy principles and practices
• Skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
