Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature
• Support mobility and transfer needs safely
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Connecticut
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Must be reliable and dedicated to providing high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and infection control
