Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborate continuously with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain and prepare equipment and inventory for each procedure
• Assess procedure room readiness and ensure all supplies are available
• Document and record patient condition continuously during lab procedures
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in New Jersey
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications upon hire
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology and Rhythm Interpretation screenings

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic interpretation
• Proficient in sterile technique and catheterization lab procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assess and respond quickly to patient changes
