Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active California Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (required)
• DCI/BVP certification (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible strike coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong technical skills in X-ray imaging
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Proficiency in maintaining sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Adaptability to varying shift needs and department requirements
