Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma (or compact state)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg or Telemetry
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry monitoring
• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
• Skilled in IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable to changing patient needs and unit demands
