Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and advanced hemodynamic data
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform life-saving interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in monitoring and managing ventilators, IV pumps, and other ICU equipment
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
