Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill children
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment
• Educate and support families through their child's hospitalization
• Document patient care accurately and maintain infection control standards

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS and PALS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric critical care nursing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records
