Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Collaborate with nursing team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Skills in taking vital signs and observing changes in condition
• Ability to document care accurately
• Time management and adaptability
