Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills for documentation
