Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible shifts, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana required
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation
