Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
- Support patients in developing daily living skills that truly matter
- Document progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients
- Create a warm, encouraging environment where patients feel motivated to succeed
Qualifications
- Current COTA license in New Mexico or compact license eligibility
- Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication skills and genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
