Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients in daily activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 6 months of recent experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Proficient in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
