Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan (or ability to obtain before start)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
• Excellent patient assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
