Dental Assistant - Orthodontics
Location: Springfield, Virginia

Shift Type: As needed, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists with braces and Invisalign treatments
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and process dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Experience with orthodontic procedures, including braces and Invisalign
- X-ray certification required
- CPR/BLS certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable working with orthodontic tools and materials
- Ability to explain procedures to patients in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail for precise adjustments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
