Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections with care and precision
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Label and process specimens accurately
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification (CPT preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in venipuncture and specimen handling

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of proper blood collection techniques
• Excellent patient interaction skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
