Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
