Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care and observations thoroughly
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
