Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document patient care and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Skill in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
• Excellent observation and documentation abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
