Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent patient education and rapport-building skills
