Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and consent forms
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times
• Handle phone inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages accurately
• Process payments, co-pays, and update billing information
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency including electronic health records

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance basics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
• Proficiency with scheduling software and payment systems
