Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient vitals, assess conditions, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
