Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during exams and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
- Take and develop dental X-rays and impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or license in Maryland
- X-ray certification required
- Experience with orthodontic procedures preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and techniques
- Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and infection control standards
