Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed; typical schedule 8.5 hours per shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques with skill and care
- Label and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during the collection process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing and lab staff to ensure timely specimen processing
Qualifications
- Valid Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in venipuncture and capillary blood collection
- Knowledge of proper specimen handling and labeling
- Familiarity with infection control and safety standards
- Comfortable using electronic health records and lab systems
