Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in an acute care setting
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in New Mexico
• BLS certification required
• Experience in acute care preferred, but new grads welcome
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of patient safety and infection control
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Reliable and punctual
