Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-level obstetric and gynecological ultrasound exams with precision and care
• Conduct nuchal translucency (NT) screenings and fetal assessments for maternal-fetal medicine patients
• Collaborate with MFM physicians to provide accurate diagnostic imaging
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Guide and educate patients through the imaging process with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN specialty by ARDMS
• Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior OB sonography experience highly valued
• ARRT certification preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in OB/GYN sonography techniques and fetal anatomy assessment
• Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and image optimization
• Strong patient communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
