Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room setting
• Assist surgeons during procedures and ensure sterile field integrity
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Idaho or compact state required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and take call

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
• Skills in patient assessment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
