Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
- Provide compassionate personal care and support throughout each shift
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment at Ridgewood Center
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive excellent support
Qualifications
- Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to start within two weeks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local assignment

- Patient care and assistance techniques
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication with residents and families
