Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide personalized one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Manage a diverse caseload of outpatient orthopedic patients
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient scheduling
Build meaningful relationships within a supportive small-community setting

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or compact license
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedics
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy expertise
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Effective caseload and schedule management
Collaborative approach with rehab team members
Compassionate, patient-centered care delivery
