Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to ensure patient stability
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and social workers
- Float to similar units while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
- Deliver patient-centered care that respects diverse cultural and spiritual needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- First-time travelers welcome
- Valid driver's license required at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
- Comfort with Alaris IV pumps and specialty lift equipment
- Ability to titrate insulin and cardizem drips
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
