Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide care across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional, and outpatient settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize outcomes
Treat an average of 12 patients per day with personalized care plans

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic upper extremity therapy
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedics and upper extremity rehabilitation
CVA, MS, and head injury treatment
ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Acute inpatient, rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
