Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate mental health counseling to individuals in need
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation to support patients during critical times
Qualifications
- Current California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Ability to work effectively within a correctional mental health setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and care
