Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care across MedSurg Tele, PCU, and Stepdown units
• Titrate IV drips and monitor hemodynamic status
• Interpret ECG strips and respond to dysrhythmia promptly
• Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate charting in Cerner
• Adapt to unit assignments via text notifications

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a PCU setting
• Proficiency in titrating drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
• Ability to interpret ECG strips
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
