Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Variable - 8 hour shifts, days, evenings, or nights
Hours per Week: 32
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests with precision and care
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure accurate results
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients
- Provide direction and support to Medical Laboratory Assistants
- Operate and maintain clinical laboratory instrumentation
- Work independently while delivering reliable patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Board eligible by NCA or ASCP with certification within one year
- One to three years of experience in chemistry, blood bank, hematology, and microbiology
- ASCP or NCA certification required within one year of employment
- Ability to work independently and guide others
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required

- Clinical laboratory instrumentation expertise
- Laboratory generalist capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple testing areas confidently
