Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly residents
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Active Maryland GNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for per diem shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
