Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in a transitional rehab unit
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Must be willing to pick up additional shifts as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation
